Dr. Darin Eich

Dr. Darin Eich is the author of Innovation Step-by-Step: How to Create & Develop Ideas for your Challenge and Root Down & Branch Out: Best Practices for Leadership Development Programs. Darin earned his Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin and while there focused his expertise into innovation while co-founding a company called BrainReactions in 2004. Leading this innovation training firm, he facilitated idea development and innovation projects for a variety of organizations like Procter & Gamble, the United Nations, and the U.S. Council on Competitiveness.
Dr. Darin Eich Darin currently is the CEO and Founder of Innovation Learning. He has delivered his innovative programs on four continents and at the Ivy League university Dartmouth College over 50 times. For over 10 years Darin has worked with over 100 organizations on customer focused innovation, both facilitating projects for organizations and providing in person and online training on systems, tools, and a culture of innovation.

Darin’s passion involves helping people to become themselves, find and live their strengths, and become more creative, innovative and successful leaders. Darin is committed to helping people to learn and develop their innovative leadership skills. Over 1 million people have been a part of a leadership program that Darin has designed.
