A client is seeking new technologies that resolve any of the following:

  1. The development of temporary dark circles under the eyes

  2. The signs of temporary dark circles under the eyes

  3. The underlying causes of temporary dark circles under the eyes

The client is interested how the technology addresses the underlying etiology of how to combat dark circles from forming under the eyes in the first place. Out of scope would be something that merely conceals or masks the dark circles. In scope would be topical, device, and oral treatments, that work against the underlying biology and physics of dark circles forming under the eyes (pigment, edema, wrinkling, sagging, blood pooling, etc.)
