High-throughput small RNA screening systems in protoplasts
A client is seeking a research partner who has performed HT screening in protoplasts with small RNAs and has a proven capability to screen a large number (3000) of these artificial miRNAs in protoplasts. The selected partner will provide data on the activity of each of these amiRNAs to their intended target, and perform the following work:
High throughput vectoring (nice to have but not required)
High throughput transformation of vectors into protoplasts
Quantitative data that describes silencing of the target gene (e.g. qRT-PCR assay of the target gene expression)
