Dell Start-up in Residence Competition 2014

Award: Two years tenancy and technologies to accelerate business growth

Open to entrepreneurs of all stages of growth, the winners will gain dedicated work space in Dell's UK head office, in Thames Valley. Tenancy will include workspace for up to 10 employees, two years tenancy for first place, and one year for second place. During their tenancy, they will benefit from Dell’s onsite facilities, including their executive customer briefing centre to meet with clients or partners, the opportunity to receive mentoring from senior members of Dell's teams, as well as access to key Dell customer and networking events. The judges will be looking for the following criteria:

-Demonstration of Entrepreneurial Spirit – tenacity, creativity, drive, passion, single-mindedness
-Success – past success and growth rate combined with future opportunity assessment
-Role that technology can play in facilitating future growth
-Personality – we want the winners to positively project
