Amit Kallianpur's Problem Solving Experience:

1. Our organization was extremely stressed hosting two award competitions, one on innovation and one on improvement. I suggested clubbing both the competitions together to culminate in a single two-day Convention, focusing on Improvement and Innovation. This helped the organization save a lot of resources, and effort; but getting the same results.
2. One of our services is a web-based assessment used by organizations to assess their health. It required the organizations to pay and take the assessment. At the end of the assessment the organization received a score and a feedback report.
   
   I suggested changing our process to go-to-market, by letting the organizations try the assessment free and even generate a score. They will only be required to pay if they want to have a look at their feedback report. Thus, they are able to try the assessment and then decide if they want to buy it or not.
