  1. Founding-editor of the 1st Psychology Magazine in Indonesia (1978)-1990), co-founder of Indonesian Institute of Humor (1979) as well as Creativity Development Foundation (1980), wrote numerous innovative articles, published a book on 'Thinking Skill' (2001) in Indonesian language and now finishing a second book (on 'Creative Philanthropy') - bilingually (Indonesian/English), tried to establish Indonesian Inventors Assoc. with friends (not succeeded), helping clients solve business problems & spotted new opportunities as a consultant as well as sought-after personal advisor for friends, have several innovative products, advertising copywritings & artworks and training courseware designs, used to come up with new breakthrough concepts (such as 'Humorology' as the Science of Humor) and often regarded as the most active seminar/conference's participant (I could send several pieces by e-mail upon request).
  2. Helping my training participants and clients solve problems professionally as well as friends personally - mostly in clarifying the situations and then finding the "AH HA!" solution.
