-for a bottle packing industry, the client required a paper wad to be inseret into bottle caps for sealing. I developed wad feeder with inverted wad rejection device, where the wad has to pass one by one under the the sensor, so the inverted one can be blown off by an air jet, but the wad being a weightless object the manufaturer of vibratory feeder (called a master in his field ) could not do it. but within a month i could developed a simple arrangement which worked very excellently. the great thing was there was no electronics nor any moving part.
