My inventions are well thought out, but as of yet, I haven't found the financing to get the prototypes built and tested to verify my theoretical advantages for them.
One is a vertical axis wind generator that would have at least five distinct advantages over the current generation of commercially available wind turbines. It would be self orienting into the wind, should be able to start generating power at wind speds at least 1 MPH lower than those in use now, safer for birds and civil aviation, use less materials in the foundations, and be serviceable electrically without needing to climb a tower.
My intake manifold design for gas and diesel engines would result in greater low end and midrange torque, increase fuel mileage a minimum of 40 to 80%, and decrease unburned hydrocarbons, most likely eliminating the need for a catalytic converter.
I have a design in mind for an aftercooler to use with turbodiesel engines to reduce particulate emissions, reduce exhaust gas temperatures (thereby increasing engine and turbo life), reduce fuel consumption, boost torque and horsepower, and replace some fossil fuels with renewable energy biofuels.
The list goes on, but all I need is some seed money to get the first one going and the rest will fall in place like dominoes. By the way, when I do get things going, my corporations will have a poison pill that should keep the big oil companies from trying to buy me out or scare me off because the people of the USA and the world could all greatly benefit from them. We might not even need the particulate filters in the exhaust of the semis with some of these technologies in use.
