Marshall Barnes

I am the internationally noted research and development engineer responsible for the creation of the only technology applicable to both warp drive and time machine concepts (see http://www.prlog.org/12214291-marshall-barnes-rocks-100-year-starship-symposium.html ). I have the most extensive and eclectic background of anyone involved in innovation which spans nearly 40 years and includes breakthroughs in 19 different areas out of the 30 that I have worked in. This is the result of my focus on the learning the source of creativity and mastering by 1986.

I have developed seminar presentations for employees as well as Chief Innovation Officers to learn how to develop creativity and use it to gain a competitive edge. I have witnessed the innovation industry developing an increasing number of useless concepts and programs that don't address the core issue at the heart of innovation - not knowing where creativity really comes from, how to develop it, how to apply it consistently to a business model or environment, manage it and then use it competitively. Instead of "smartfailing" how about getting your innovation teams smart enough to be able to project and focus on potential solutions like Nikola Tesla did, so that you don't fail at all? The answer - because few know how to do that. I do.

Businesses and corporations that don't learn this new paradigm will lose to those who do.
