B-And-Bee Honeycomb Festival Shelter

B-And-Bee Honeycomb Festival Shelter
Jul-28-14
The B-And-Bee shelter was created to give festival attendees an alternative to tents and sleeping bags while saving space with its unique, honeycomb design.

Developed by Achilles Design of Belgium, the shelter is both modular and stackable, which allows it to take up much less space than the same number of tents, and is easily transportable. Each unit is furnished with power, a light, a locker, and a king-size bed that can fold into seating. Occupants can reach their upper-level units via a set of metal stairs, and a zip-up canvas functions as the door.

The design is being tested at the Gentse Feesten Festival in Belgium.
