Japan is getting ready to launch its fastest rail service with this ten-car, 200-mph E5 Bullet Train. Initial service is planned for the spring of 2011 with the train reaching top speed in March of 2013.More Info about this Invention:

a new design bullet train is designed for speed upto 600 kmph [ 360 mph] moving on air -mechanical, rolling friction is reduced from 360 units to 126 units by andy bearing design
power is 1/2 , kmpl 5 times for same ton-hp train
