Cairbag System Keeps Tankers Safer

Nov-27-17 The new Cairbag internal airbag system from Accede helps keep liquid loads in place.

Currently, tanker trucks carrying liquids are divided into compartments to keep the liquids from sloshing forward, but that does little to prevent the side-to-side motion.

Developed by Erik Eenkhoorn, the Cairbag system offers a better way to help stabilize the liquid. The Cairbag system relies on inflatable airbags that presses the liquid against the bottom of the container, keeping it more stable while also increasing the trucks’ fuel efficiency.
