Fingerbot Invention Smartens Up Dumb Devices

Fingerbot Invention Smartens Up Dumb Devices
Dec-27-19
The diminutive and affordable Fingerbot from Adaprox retrofits to existing devices to help make them smarter.

The voice- and app-controlled Fingerbot was created to bring remote control to standard appliances by flipping switches or pressing buttons on command. The tidy little bot—basically a cube with a moveable arm—can be attached any device with a compatible switch, including buttons, switches and touchscreens. Once in place, the Fingerbot communicates by Bluetooth for a range of 164 feet, and can also be connected to the internet through the optional Adaprox Bridge for even more remote control as well as access to Google Assistant, Alexa and IFTTT.

At home that might block children, pets and visitors from some cabinets and equipment. For the owner the doors would be open.
