Gesture-Controlled Headlamp

Gesture-Controlled Headlamp
Aug-04-14
Designed for applications beyond camping, the gesture-controlled H15S headlamp from Olight can be turned off or on with a simple wave of the hand.

Although usually associated with camping trips, headlamps are useful for any task that demands a precise and controllable light—including fixing cars or doing handywork. With this mind, the H15S headlamp features an integrated infrared sensor that can trigger the light to come on with a wave of the hand—even a hand that is covered in grease or muck. The headlamp is equipped with a rechargeable micro USB battery pack able to power the device for up to 36 hours, and users can choose from three brightness levels. The infrared sensor can also be deactivated, if desired.
