HAL (Hybrid Assistive Limb) can help people with limited mobility to regain some of their functionality. The exoskeleton detects muscle impulses and anticipates the wearer's body movements.
A disabled Japanese adventurer is planning to walk up a medieval French World Heritage site next year using Cyperdyne's robotic suit.

meine Bekannte hat MS und ist hüftabwärts gelähmt. Kann diese Gehhilfe für sie nützlich sein, und wenn ja, wo kann man sie zu welchem Preis beziehen?
my friend has MS and is paralyzed down the waist. Can this walking aid be useful, and if so, where can you get it and at what price?
