LED Array Detects Concussions

LED Array Detects Concussions
Jan-14-17
A new concussion assessment system from Reflexion Interactive detects concussions with moving LEDs.

The system relies on a panel of LEDs that will light up in different patterns, and asks that the patient reach out and touch the lights. The large size of the array requires that the user move about to make contact, which allows the system to detect how well and how fast the patient touches the correct target. The system can also pack down for travel, and weighs less than 20 pounds.
