Magnifi Adapts iPhones to Telescopes

Apr-12-12 The Magnifi iPhone case includes an adapter that allows the phone to be connected to binoculars, microscopes, or other similar optical devices.

The device consists of the case with a removable bayonet mount designed to align the iPhone's camera with the eyepiece of the optical device. Once positioned, the camera can be locked in place. Since the bayonet is detachable, it can be removed to make the case suitable for regular use.

The Magnifi's creators, Xianne and Isaac Penny, are currently raising production run funds on Kickstarter.
