MoleScope Monitors Moles with a Smartphone

MoleScope Monitors Moles with a Smartphone
Jun-14-15
The MoleScope attaches to a smartphone to allow users to monitor their mole growth over time.

Created by MetaOptima, the MoleScope attachment fits over the smartphone’s forward-facing camera, where it will illuminate and magnify the mole to capture a detailed image. That image can then be sent to the user’s personal physician for review, without the need for an office visit. To help ensure suspicious moles are tracked regularly, the MoleScope app can be programmed to remind the user to capture and send their mole images at certain intervals.
