Tiny Vacuum has Real Power

Tiny Vacuum has Real Power
Jul-30-13
Designed with apartment-dwellers in mind, Dyson has released what may be the world’s smallest vacuum yet.

The DC49 Multi Floor vacuum is equipped with the company’s new high-speed digital motor, which is the same motor that powers the Dyson hand dryers. Unlike the hand-dryers, however, the vacuum was designed to be extremely quiet—another nod to the tight quarters of urban dwellers. It weighs only pounds, light enough to be carried in one hand, and its low center of gravity and ball technology makes it easy to pull and able to pivot on the spot, allowing it to be navigated through tight spaces.
