Non-accelerated existing vehicle or other machine is after transformed propulsion

ABSTRACT:
Creator’s idea is non-accelerated vehicle and other machine propulsion comprising power of motor with only idle speed or maximum torque is reduced by chosen number of steel levers as is a gearbox apparatus with manual, semi-automatic or/and automatic regimes.
There is gearbox apparatus produces all needed torques and overdrive speeds that shifted by computer.It eliminates existing motor acceleration system by gas or magnet field and reduces power of motor as you will if transformed existing propulsion. For manufacture open opportunity to make money by less gears, maybe shafts and uses the same equipment and machine tools. Existing customer has free transformation during certain period by saving energy. It could stop climate changing or reducing number of environment disasters by reducing machines emissions.

In the past, lower technical progress, global communication, education levels and few numbers of vehicles and other machines created their propulsion designs so that directly eliminate transmissions or indirectly their function of saving energy according to too old five traditions:
I. It ignores using steel levers and accelerates many thousand pounds of vehicle and other machines too long time by steam, gas or magnet field that require to increase motor power in many tens times for improving their functions today.
II. It uses the transmission as second brake to acceleration system of motor to result of up to 80% mechanical energy is wasted in form of motor heat.
III. Propulsion of lightweight vehicle of 3,000 lb uses “automatic transmission of torque converter” or “continuously variable transmission” that works as clutch that requires increased power of motor to motor size of 80,000 lb heavy-duty truck with loads.
IV. Propulsions of heavy-duty trucks have shift gearboxes designs comprising too many numbers of gears and maybe shafts
V. It uses only motor jointed to wheels or propeller, or spindle etc that directly ignores the Creator’s Physics Law of Lever for saving energy since items I, II, III, IV are disadvantages.
Maybe shift gearbox has small limited gear ratio as planetary transmission design or other transmission design is competitor in the saving energy? No, it is not. The pair of gears wastes only 2% energy and reduces/ increases motor torque up to 7 times. For example, shift gearbox of seven shafts could change the torque or speed of motor in 7x7x7x7x7x7=117,649 times and wastes only 2%x6=12% energy.
According to Peter F. Decker “Business has only two basic functions-Marketing and Innovation”. The crises USA automakers disclosed the wrong way was chosen to create vehicle designs that are based on permanent aid by taxpayer’s dollars where “In God we trust” wrote.
Those are not available any longer.
Today the population is increased in 7 times, number of machines in hundreds millions times, prices of energies, power stations and environment disasters are increased in many times too that require to change the existing machine propulsion designs soon as possible.
Creator’s idea is non-accelerated vehicle and other machine propulsion comprising steel levers as is a state-of-the-art gearbox apparatus design is disclosed by two USA patents 8,011,274 at 09/06/2011 and 7,191,676 at 03/20/07. There are above 1,000 state-of-the-arts designs that provide making money by both manufacture and customer (www.repowermachine.com):
1. It comprising least numbers of gears and maybe shafts in the world today and could use only idle speed or one torque of motor that has much reduced power in comparison.
2. It is not brake in non-accelerated present machine propulsion that is transformed by gearbox apparatus that replaces existing transmission;
3. It cuts motor of only one idle speed or maximum torque energy consumption, emissions, noise, power and cost in many times;
4. It improves driver’s safety by additional using semi-automatic or/and automatic regimes that use computer;
5. It could improve maneuverability: a) driver saves time by getting each speed without acceleration and uses many reverse speeds; b) it expands the range of speeds up to 272 forward/170 reverse overdrive speeds/torques by adding only 2 shafts to existing heavy-duty truck gearbox of 18 / 2 torques; c) driver uses front on uphill and rear on downhill, or all wheels temporarily for additional saving energy; d) aircraft or watercraft have much increased turning speed if uses it instead existing operation system.
6. Much lower interior temperature of engine eliminates condition of the harmful gas - nitrate oxides (NOx) creation.
7. Its production uses the same machine tools and other items of existing manufacture.
For examples, there are existing three transformed propulsions with benefits:
1) Non-accelerated Volvo VGD heavy-duty truck has gearbox apparatus (3x2x2x2) of 24 forward/12 reverse torques/overdrive speeds by 18 gears/5 shafts or 40% gears number less to existing shift gearbox of 18/2. It could reduce motor power in 4 times (500 hp to 123 hp). Driver of the long haul tracking saves above $25,000 per year if $3 fuel price.
2) Non-accelerated existing Toyota Camry has gearbox apparatus (3x4) of only 12 overdrive speeds/ 4 reverse by 16 gears/ 3 shafts or one gear plus if it replaced the existing gearbox of 6/1 speeds. It could reduce motor power in 9 times (178 hp to 20hp);
3) An automatic programmed gearbox apparatus (2x2x2x2x2x2) of 64 torques/overdrive speeds by 32 gears/ 7 shafts that joined to Dayton motor 1/2 hp that reduce power in 10 times (5hp to 1/2hp) for reason to get non-accelerated CNC Knee Mill spindle. It has reduced cost so that it is affordable by small businesses.
