FOR MAPFRE INSURANCE BRAZIL -> design of new services and a new value proposition for the rent insurance business. My support was to facilitate co-creative workshops with different stakeholders with whom we have designed innovative solutions
FOR PETROFLEX PETROCHECMICAL BRAZIL -> design of a new value proposition, a new businesses and new product / service elements for this petrochemical (commoditized) business together with a multitask team at Petroflex + selected customers.
FOR SENAI EDUCATION BRAZIL -> design of new experience environment together with teachers, students and executives from industries. Support leading co-creation workshops.
FOR BANCO REAL EDUCATION BRAZIL -> help 25 internal employees from human resources to design innovative education platforms for an initiative called "Forefront of Education"
FOR SYMNETICS CONSULTING BRAZIL -> design and implementation of the working format, training formata and toods of action working group, a community of 40 executives from 20 different companies in Brazil specialized in strategy management
FOR THE RIO GRANDE DO SUL STATE IN BRAZIL -> design and implementation together with 4000 citizens of the Rio Grande do Sul state of a strategic agenda for 2020, organising workshops (with 900 people), applying field research and building of a permanent governance mechanism.
