  1. Career Orientation
    I joined banking in Mar. 2011 as Teller. Since start I was positive about career. I identify my weakness of study for improvement and completed my MBA. I appeared in MTO Exams and cleared with high score. Based on my good scores I was appointed in high potential corporate branch. On my extra ordinary performance I was given the manager ship in operations after 2 years. Afterward I set my target for branch manager and during one opening management has hired me as manager. On having position of branch manager I applied in other bank and selected as Assistance Vice President (AVP). I did banking 8.6 years and achieved 5 grades achieved from teller to AVP which was the exceptional case in banking. People spent more than 20 years for achieve this target which I chased in 8.6 Years
  2. Improvement of Audit
    Since I was hired as teller and till reaching the manager I had the experience of all fields of branch banking. I had the more potential from other officers who directly joined banking. I was offered the various challenging branches of worse operational position having D category (lowest category) branches. I gave extra time to comply all operational loop holes in previous audits and recover operational lapses and leakages, after previous audits clearance, I started pre audit activities for examination of vouchers before audit, we exercised 5 to 6 times all operational data before audit and due to extra efforts I converted D category branches into A category branches.
  3. Business Improvement
    Throughout my career I was given the challenfging branches. I was given the branches with negative growth in business. Few branches I was given who were declared to be close due to huge loss. I always shows my presence to my client and did my best to resolve consumer solutions. Whenever I marketed client I picked up their need and converted their need into my strength. I always kept an eye on competitors, their pricing, packages and cater clients from other banks which were not satisfied with their services. Due to my extra and out of box efforts I not only cover losses but also generate the profitability and afterward with same branches I started chasing the top branches in region during business campaigns.
