I have a very ecclectic background. I feel this makes me a very well rounded person to have on your team. Although I am currently employed as a RN, I have worked in various fields over my life and would have a lot of insight to offer.

Any healthcare or medical problem; especially related to Nursing. Ergonomics and creating a safe working environment for staff and patients is of particular interest. However, I do have a lot of experience on the Administrative side of Healthcare.

- Have strong working knowledge of Med/Surg; Operating Room; Recovery&Post-Op; Primary Care; Mental Health/Addictions.
- Excellent knowledge of all aspects of healthcare and pharmaceuticals.
- Over 20 years experience in the medical field, various settings.

- Obtained valuable knowledge of agriculture and farming growing up on a farm in Indiana
Dale Martin's Problem Solving Experience:
- I developed and have maintained a "No-Manual Lift" program at our facility which has dramatically reduced the number of employee injuries over the last year.
- Developed and wrote policy concerning Reusable Medical Equipment (RME) which was also recognized as a "Best Practice" at our facility
- Developed a reporting tool for company's Sterile Processing & Decontamination department to use for monthly quality assurance reports which was recognized as a "Best Practice" at our facility
