I am a broadly trained plant scientist and have experience in molecular biology techniques (RNA, DNA isolation, high-throughput gene expression analysis, cloning, virus induced gene silencing). I use experimental and computational systems biology tools, functional genomics and activity based metabolomics. Also, I have experience related to plant photosynthesis, growth, biomass and yield.
