- -Colgate Kids toothbrush business was declining 10% for the last two years prior to my start. Via SWOT, C's, and P's analysis and a short/long-term marketing plan, I was able to identify the issues and turn around the business to deliver 27% growth.
-I launched 5 Kit Kat Limited editions driving $10M+ sales. The challenge with the launch was to fold, a) Develop flavors which would be accepted by the general market (i.e. develop a Mocha Kit Kat chocolate bar which most people would consider the taste to be mocha) and b) Create a consistent packaging visual ID to differentiate seasonal, every day, in & out, and size pack.
