- Turned a spending customer service unit into a profit generating unit for my company
- Developed a Customer Service System using MS Access that managed the service requests from 100+ customers and assigned them to a team of four engineers and five technicians. The system also managed an inventory of parts and all invoicing to customers as well as statistical reports for management.
