Created 8 different concepts for equipment to manufacture hospital gowns using non-woven material. I was the sole creator of the concepts.
Led team to develop automated equipment for assembling 20+ piece seat belt retractors. Designed mistake-proofing components.
Led project team to develop robust equipment for manufacturing heat shrink tubing including unwind stand, flattening station, cutting station and ladder-assembly station. Personally designed unwind stand for unwinding large, heavy spools of material.
Test engineer for new backsheet for solar modules. Provided manufacturing expertise as a user to outside development firm.
Created concept for inline conveyor oven for curing solar module laminates. New application of existing technology. Worked with outside manufacturer to build equipment. Implemented equipment in manufacturing line.
