Techniques Eric Quere Uses:
I use my own technique in my problem solving methodology. I first get a complete understanding of the system and the problem that needs to be solved or of what needs to be created. I then start at 30,000 feet and get closer to the solution analyzing it as I go. Therefore by the time I reach ground level there is usually very minor modifications that are necessary.
