Hassan Moeini's Problem Solving Experience:
-I have experience in preparation and mutagenesis of infectious bacterial artificial chromosomes (BACs) for production of recombinant virus and virus-like particles
- I have experience in generation virus
-I have developed an DNA and also an oral vaccine against chicken anemia virus (CAV).
-I used Marek's disease virus VP22 gene as a DNA ajuvant for improving the potency of the DNA vaccine against CAV.
-I developed a nanoparticle-DNA complex for deliver od DNA vaccine to chicken.
-I have experience in molecular genetic like analysis of mutants associated with human disease such as PKU and study of genetic markers such as VNTR and STR for different aims.
-I have work with different yeast strains and on the industrial application of them for example using Kluyveromyces sp for whey treatment to reduce its BOD and produce SCP and ethanol.
