Developed a Programme of Continuous Improvement to document and map all continuous improvement projects and activities, thus preventing duplication of effort and making efficient use of limited Subject Matter Expert resources.
I developed and implemented a brand new Process Management Methodology for a national healthcare provider - the methodology included process mapping, stakeholder consultation, change management, document control and deployment/training delivery. Parts of this methodology have subsequently been adopted by other similar healthcare services.
