In the 1980's, designed and developed an end user query tool before such were commercially available.
Also, having been made aware of a known system issue in an operating system, which could not be fixed, developed a method of finding instances of the error instead and setup an alert system to allow for on the fly correction.
Currently developing an ecommerce solution for an unserved market that I found simply by thinking for several weeks about unserved markets.
Process was recognized by IBM as an innovative solution that they used with other clients.
