1. In a human genetic lab, was the go to person for automatic sequencing troubleshooting. Helped my colleagues to solve their issues concerning sequencing.
2. Adapted an enzymatic assay from tubes to 96 well plate scale.
3. In a toxicology/cancer research lab, was the main troubleshooter for PCR and real-time PCR (and machines) issues.
4. In collaboration with a colleague, solved a PCR issue that was resulting in systematic decreasing efficiency. We found that something in my lab was degrading dNTPs.
