Second, I figure out and idealized the objectives according to the available resources.
Third, I not moved to the current system and project my vision to determine obstacles on the route to the destination.
Fourth, I again revised my resources and will request for editing in the list of resources
Fifth, Now I figure out several possibilities of our objective.
Sixth, I chose one Possible, efficient, effective and profitable option from the possibilities.
Seventh, Now It's time to developing of the designs which are still on paper or computer. (Pilot Plant)
Ninth, Testing
Tenth, finalizing the pattern.

Indian Spiral Paper Tube Industry is still using outdated conventional mechanized plants and machinery for the production. Earlier, Spiral Paper Tubes were used in textile industry and now there are so many industries who are using Paper Tubes in the current period.
The market is now demanding various kinds of Spiral Paper Tubes according to their objectives and applications. But somehow those conventional producers are not eligible to provide demanded quality.
So I was hired by Shilp Paper tube, Ahmedabad for up-gradation of their conventional plant in such a way that they can satisfy their Japan based clients with specific innovative demand.
I approached to them and delivered best of the best innovative changes in plant and machinery after having researched for 10 days without having gripping over mechanism or industry, so now, they are capable of producing International standard quality of spiral paper tubes. - I have been in the field of Research and Development since I had initiated to pursuing for higher education.
The mechanical engineering domain has always attracted me to discover new possibilities every-time. Not Only Mechanical but Alternative Energy and Waste Management are also in my interest.

After the successful up-gradation of Spiral Paper Tube machine, Shilp Paper Tube was approaching me with another project. That Project is on Labeling of Spiral Paper Tubes of various sizes.
Again, I delivered them their demanded solutions. My machine has doubled the production from the previous one, within use of 25% of the input energy than before.
Even further, I have worked on many problems in engineering, which I wasn't educated well enough before I approached to them. But I have delivered successful solutions through right troubleshooting techniques till now.
