In one of my past roles I have liaised with team and client’s site project teams in developing testing schedules and managing project budgets of up to £500,000, using robust cost-effective methodologies to prevent cost creep.

I’ve also achieved savings of up to £94k by identifying key criteria, liaising with all parties and cutting through the complex site management to propose and implement changes to the site establishment and streamline the programme of testing work. I have helped save up to £64k by identifying additional opportunities to avoid mobilisation on site by collecting data remotely. I have worked to increase customer satisfaction to a 75% overall level, as measured by the Net Promoter Score (NPS).

I have also been recognized for excellent customer service, and proposing initiatives for better employee induction, including technical feedback sessions; and for supporting international technical teams by converting early test data to provide valuable input to achieve design improvements.

  1. In my past roles, I have directed a team of up to 5 testing engineers and instrumentation specialists in collecting operating data and calculating key parameters to evaluate plant performance for new installations, contractual service agreements and modifications and upgrades to Gas Turbine Power plants (up to £2m capex) in diverse locations internationally.

    I have also actively taken initiative in selling additional services by liaising closely and initiating technical discussions with clients to identify need for additional services, generating additional profit of more than £0.7m.

    I have project managed all planning and logistics to assess site conditions, mobilise personnel and get equipment to site for 2-6 week programmes, with total testing project life cycles of 1-6 months, incorporating planning, pre-testing, site tests, calculation, reviewing and reporting and demonstrated multicultural awareness and inclusiveness in leading international testing operations.
