Kieran Thornton's Problem Solving Experience:
- From a Sales & customer service I helped provide valuable feedback from customers to the designers and tailored products & services to increase sales & production efficiency. This included a new form of order management & delivery of orders to the factory floor and and a new sales strategy which targeted offers for relevant customers.
- From 2 previous employment roles & companies I have experienced new innovative products being developed and launched playing varies roles in their lifecycle successfully.
- Designed and developed a joining jig & method for joining an inflatable maintenance seal for use in a metal cartridge sealing arrangement for a global sealing company and developing a new inflatable seal.
- From a Technical role I provided help in bringing an inventors patent the company bought to a marketable worldwide product aiming at £2 Million sales in it's first year including 3D Modeling the product for technical benefit and marketing/training images.
