I have completed my four years bachelor degree in electrical engineering in year 2008 .
I have worked with an IT company as a senior associate providing solutions to the residential broadband users for all their internet related issues which involved troubleshooting with the wireless Routers,connections,dignosing the errors,installation of softwares,voice of internet phones(voip) service.Have undergone a training for 2 months for the internet service provider to understad the functioning of the broadband internet for speeds upto 24mbps.
