- I contributed some of my innovations during my work in my previous employer at Toyota Motor Philippines,as part of companys effort to reduce production cost i observe that everyday we consume a large quantity of protective gloves,I realized at the end of the day all workers is just throwing the used cotton gloves in the garbage which i see can be use the next day since it was not so dirty and perhaps the workers thinks that the company will issue a new pair of gloves the next day of work.
This gives me the opportunity to suggest to my boss why not buy heavy duty washing machine and lets recycle the used gloves by washing it until it teardown for frequent use by workers. Thru this effort the company saves millions of peso for buying the gloves and use the saving in some meaningful investment
