Problem Solver

Les Abrams star Proven Solver

Les Abrams
Stating the elements of the "problem", completely - is a necessary first step.

Areas Les Abrams is Knowledgeable in:

Computer Systems Programming. Researching medical problems and seeking diagnoses in the areas described above.

Techniques Les Abrams Uses:

Specifically, I worked as an expert witness on the lawsuit between Atari Corp and Nintendo Corp. I had to develop the logic to allow a non-nintendo controller card to be used in the nintendo system by programming the algorithm to unlock the control allowing the foreign card to work with the nintendo system. This project was 13 months in duration.

The problem solving techniques employed for this project were developed during my many years as a system designer and programmer.

I worked on a second lawsuit (IBM vs Seagate) as an expert witness.

The problem solving employed in my writing of medical articles was to be able to present the information in a way that was both cogent and understandable by lay people without any medical background.

Les Abrams's Problem Solving Skills:

  1. Professional Problem Solver - in the field of computer technology - systems design to solve real-time control problems
  2. Genetics - Researcher and Writer in the field of Epigenomics
  3. Internet - Web Design and use of HTML encoding
  4. Computer Science - Real-Time, Closed-Loop, Servo-Systems Programming
  5. Microbiology - Epigenomic details, the relationship between the epigenome and the etiology of human diseases

Les Abrams's Problem Solving Experience:

  1. I have written more than 40 articles about Neuropathy of the peripheral nervous system, during the period from 1998 to 2002. Recently, I have been writing articles for the same publisher in the area of medical conditions, and in the field of epigenetics. All articles written for suite101.com. My user name is TBIGuy.

This, from my time working at Griffin Hospital in Derby, CT in the field of Neurofeedback - for the treatment of Traumatic Brain Injury - as a solution for ensuing neuropathy.
  2. I have over 30 years experience in computer technology and have designed and delivered many real-time, closed-loop, servo-control systems for various clients, which have solved many different specific application problems. See below for specific URLs.
  3. I have learned microbiology in order to understand the research that I have done in the areas of neuropathy and epigenetics. While I have not solved problems in microbiology, I have employed this information in the writing of my medical articles for suite101.com.
