1. Nearly every job I have had has involved problem solving on a day to day basis...customer services essentially is help people , or guiding them in the right direction although the particular examples that come to mind are..:
   
   Managing to source a plain white trainers for a bride to be that was getting married in 4 days and could not wear normal shoes due to a leg splint. This was in the days before the internet was used to order and we didnt have any in stock at the store that would be any good. The bride had looked everywhere and couldnd get any. I managed to get the shoes direct from the supplier, get them delivered in a day (which was not the norm) and the supplier paid for them after I told them of the young ladies predicament.
   
   The power of communication, research and confidence in asking questions when you need an answer quickly all work wonders when solving problems.
