Märt Ridala's Problem Solving Experience:
- I am the head of MicroLink's Incubator program, that is a service for IT startups. I am the author of the idea and the leader of project managers.
- I leaded the MicroLink's customer portal project. We integrated a number of IT systems and changed many work procedures to get our portal and work customer oriented. I was the author of the idea and the project manager.
- I have designed the systems architecture of a number of high-availability IT systems. These include the financial system of the city of Tallinn, Estonia's biggest Storage Area Network with disk array-s in multiple locations etc.
- I have managed IT teams of different sizes and roles. From a database administrator team with 4 members to a whole systems management department with 50 members. Currently I manage a team of IT project managers and system architects.
