  1. I had redesigned Liq. nitrogen /methanol tank to save USD 44,000/annum which is 45 times in India (1USD is 45 INR)
  2. I had solved micronisation problem of API powder which was unsolved by all my sineors for 4 yrs and saved USD 42,000/ annum which is 45 times in India (1USD is 45 INR)( the particle size was undesired and there was loss of product and energy /time due to remicronisation)
  3. had designed the antifoam apparatus for fermentation process in API chemical plant to overcome spillage due to spraying( the problem was unsolved for 20 years )
  4. have offered a solution on how to overcome new GAF filter integration in the relatively old chemical plant.
  5. a simple status board is designed to indicate batch no date etc info for flameproof and no contamination API chemical plant. non electric non eletronic
  6. Dipstcik for solvent measurement from 200lts drum.
    while charging or discharging solvent from drum was measure problem at plant level. I designed simple dipstick which will take care of traditional method + new method whcih will ease the operation at the same time will ensure correct reading eliminate exposure of solvent to operator.
  7. Had redesigned the process operation of chemical reaction to ensure
    1)uniform temperature
    2)almost no human uinterference to control temperature ,
    3)reduced eletrical pump use ,
    4)eletrical saving,
    5)Liq Nitrogen saving,
    6)reduced from two operator operation to one operator operation
    all without any additional investment without any additional instrumentation or automation but by standardising the variables like pump flow, controlled unform cooling by liq. Nitrogen calibrating the addtion vessels for unform addition.
  8. auto sampler for pathological /HPLC instument was developed by using inkjet printer technology. The auto sampler is import substitute here in India.To use printer technology was my idea. Instumention was done by freshers.
  9. have designed matrix for safety during hazdrous chemical use and disposal. this matrix 1)quatifies the safety problem
    2)locates the area concerned
    3)uncovers many unknown areas of concern.

    Environment : solved major watering problem to newly planted trees using simple low cost lantern principle, ( lantern oozes only drop by drop kerosene same is applied here)
    Ergonomics : by using two wheeler stand reduced work load from 2 to 1 operator and also ease in dispensing from liquid holding tank.
