- In my years as design liaison engineer I solved many specific design and engineering problems related to aeroengine development and new build.
I was specifically responsible for resolution of design faults that impeded rapid and productive build. - I have redesigned manufacturing planning and layouts to improve productivity or alleviate quality or cost issues.
- I have designed new manufacturing layouts to improve profitability and quality.
Directly responsible for the design of workplace and training of staff. Also in the restructuring of the management team.
