The solution might have been provided to someone else on a different issue, but it could apply to someone with another issue on another day as well. Since there was lack of communication between team members, and lack efficiency, I decided to open a forum, which is kind of a knowledge management resource for commonly faced problems and solutions to the same from different team members.
My creation works this way: a question will be posted, after a day I post the answer as well and in the mean time welcome answers from team members. From experience we learn as well, so different members post their solution to the same problem.
This proved to be very efficient and increased our productivity tremendously.
