Rick Goldman's Problem Solving Experience:
- Calling Cards used to be primarily used for speaking with family members over seas. I created a package for DirecTV which made it into a customer service vehicle to understand their customers better than they ever dreamed.
- Thermal printers used to have a unique cartridge for each model. An adapter piece was designed to enable other cartridges to be used as well.
- Fortune Cookies are great for more than just desserts at a chinese restaurant. Even better for selling Raffles where the winning numbers are already in the cookie. Even better when the inner tag has points which add up to gain a better percentage of winning a prize- yes you can still have the "wise sayings" as well. Designer /Director of whole project
- Department store chains requested a product that would prevent property loss from their stores. A new material was formulated to make price tags usable in all the processes yet impossible for theives to replace a high value price tag with a low value price tag. My job was director of design and manufacturing
