Techniques Scott Ryan Uses:
well Afghanistan full proof id cards each area hole country. stops a endless supply of Taliban men, and you set up traps to kill them Taliban men that got id cards made up. so in 1 years time, no Taliban men will be left. 24/7, show us your id cards. each area. you can not be in that area without a id card for that area. scan there fingerprints and eye. it full proof.

north Korea can fire 15,000 artillery shells at south Korea / soul, before America can take them out.
you put up 40,000 blimps and cheap barrage balloons all in the sky. 100 ft up to say 1,000 ft.
they will go from soul all the way up to the border.
north Korea can now fire 30,000 rounds at soul, and they will all hit the bilmps and barrage balloons.
also there missiles will hit them too. soul will be almost untouched.
NORTH K can also fire there only 1 nuclear carriring missile too. it goes 1,000km faster then any other missile. all missile defence shields will only engage the missiles by speed on radar. anything going 3,700 to 4,300km, will be taken out, all other slower missiles on radar will be ignored and let past to hit the barrage balloons.
EMP in American missiles and jamming devises will also fry the missile / nuclear bomb.
mind you when the tried to fire them missiles, the all failed mid flight.
EMP reloading system in every think and satellites. will not say how it works unless i enter a compilation to win money.
so in a time of war, you fire up EMP bombs to blow up and take out all there satellites, yours reload there's will not :)
