1. I’m Production and Mechanical Engineer, with Master Degree in Materials Engineering.
   I’m Plant Manager in multinational company that produces lights, lights lenses and special glasses, I have under my responsibility the production, product and process engineering, maintenance, tooling and logistic.
   In Continental VDO , as Cockpits Development Engineering Manager, I developed products, processes and suppliers for cockpits, I implemented functional experimental and durability tests (hidropuls / schlecht weg / finite elements simulation).
   In Takata-Petri as Industrial Engineering Manager, I implanted the concept of standard time efficiency, “U” cells manufacturer for the injected and assembled products. I implanted automated robot systems and obtained substantial productivity increase, reducing wastes, stocks, area, hand work, with atmosphere jit/kanban, devices poka-yoke and TPM.
