1. Awarded a special Inventor Certificate by IBM, in recognition for a range of business innovations including multi layer business solution platform one, which was patented by IBM
2. Extensive Enterprise Architecture experience including the rollout of a Business Capability Model across an Investment Bank and design of complex front to back solutions to meet strategic Business, Transformational and Regulatory objectives
3. I was a key member of the team responsible for defining a 3 Year Strategy on a $100M Transformation programme. I was responsible for defining an IT Strategy, as well as providing detailed plans and other supporting deliverables to ensure that this strategy can be delivered within business constraints.
4. Management of the change portfolio in excess of £200M and driving multi-year roadmaps across key areas within the Investment Bank (Front office risk, credit and market risk, electronic trading and Capital Management).
5. As a Senior Project Manager and as a Process Improvement Manager I assisted multiple Financial Services organizations in improving their project management and engineering practices through the adoption of structured development methodologies. I twice received the Accenture Special Achievement award for this work. Two organizations subsequently obtained CMMI accreditation.
