Listing all possible solutions and determining the best possible ones by weighing each one based on my experience, knowledge and resources. Finally, selecting which ones are most feasible, effective, and easy to understand. Sometimes, cost analysis is needed. In some problems, such as related to food preparation, I'll try to do it in my kitchen if possible or ask my colleague for advice. I can also rent a laboratory space if there is a need to do so.

Angelina Nakase's Problem Solving Experience:

  1. During my work in the university as a research assistant, my supervisor and I usually discuss the ingredients to be added in the new products we would produce labscale. We would always do some brainstorming to solve a particular issue. It was the same during my Masters since my supervisor was also my academic adviser. During my doctorate and post-doctorate researches, I was part of a team working on specific goals so problem-solving has been a part of all the research activities I have done. As an online student for Professional Teaching, along with my virtual classmates, we have always been given scenarios where we would give our comments and possible solutions to problems on educating children, etc.
