  1. How to build a 90 degree curve on a deck using three 30 degree angles instead of two 45's.
I designed a much simpler way do this then standard and have taught half a dozen other woodworkers. this method
Cut three 2 X 8 X 48 with a 15 degree angle on both ends of each boards.
End to end, screw together the join of two boards with ends cut 15 degrees makes 30.
All three boards joined together gives a 90 degree curve.
Figure out where you want to put your last board on the deck.
Put the three joined boards on top of the joists.
One side positioned to end up on the outside joist.
The other side of the assembly goes where the edge of the last deck board ends.
    There are your cuts.
You can set the width of the deck to the quarter inch if not dead on.
