Ceridwen Lee's Problem Solving Experience:
I wrote policies and procedures for several Information Governance based situations which allowed all Trust staff to follow the same procedures, to communicate about policy and prevent data breaches.
I wrote and implemented a mandatory Information Governance training program within the NHS which allowed all staff within the particular Trust to improve their skills, and prevented costly law suits.
I built up a supplier database for a childcare product business, which allowed them to supply high quality products to their clients and diversify their product range in order to meet existing demand.
I sourced suitably trained administrative and customer service staff for a childcare product business, providing additional training and sourcing additional training programs to allow these staff to meet the needs of the business. This allowed the company to progress by having a professional team in place.
I sourced logistical supply lines for the shipping and storage of childcare products across the UK, which would allow the company to ship and store their products efficiently while making savings.
